Howard Brill
President and Chief Executive Officer, Global Employment Solutions

Howard Brill joined GES in March 2000 as its Vice President of Operations and was promoted to President and CEO by the Chairman of the Board just five months later. As the CEO, Mr. Brill is responsible for defining the company’s vision and leading the strategic direction of its subsidiaries. Some of Mr. Brill’s notable contributions to the company thus far have been new market expansion, acquisition integration, and financial restructuring.
 

Wayne Cavanaugh
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer, Global Employment Solutions

Recently hired in August 2011, Wayne oversees all financial operations and supports field operations. Invaluable to the organization in supporting growth initiatives, Wayne brings to Global a tremendous amount of energy and enthusiasm, as well as a wealth of financial and operational experience. 

Formerly a Vice President of KRG Capital Partners (GLOBAL’s former owner), Mr. Cavanaugh was instrumental in executing growth-oriented financial, operational and acquisition initiatives for companies with annual revenues in excess of $100 million and up to $1 billion. Prior to that, Mr. Cavanaugh held positions with Svoboda Capital and Merrill Lynch's investment banking division in Chicago and London. He graduated with honors from DePaul University with a BS in Finance and a minor in Accounting and received his MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. Wayne is married and has three children.
